Athletics
The 6–7 Athletic Class introduces young athletes to the foundations of training. Through engaging drills and mini-competitions, kids begin learning the basics of running mechanics, jumping and landing, body control, and early strength work. Coaches also introduce simple mindset skills like focus, effort, and resilience. The goal is to build a strong athletic base while keeping the sessions fast-paced, fun, and motivating.
