Coach Jay

Coach Jay is a lifelong sports enthusiast with a special passion for football and boxing. He has coached youth football and now trains his own son in boxing, bringing energy, discipline, and confidence-building into every session. Outside of coaching, Coach Jay loves to rollerskate, stay active, and continue improving his own fitness. What truly drives him, though, is working with kids. He takes pride in seeing their progression—from the moment they start with him to the milestones they reach along the way. Coach Jay brings patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care to every athlete he works with, creating an environment where kids feel supported, motivated, and excited to grow.
