Athletics
The 9–12 Athletic Class is our most advanced youth training environment. Athletes learn real performance skills including sprint mechanics, change-of-direction training, jumping and plyometrics, and structured strength work. Coaches also introduce the fundamentals of biomechanics, body control, and mental performance so athletes understand not just how to train—but why. This program prepares kids to enter middle school sports stronger, faster, and more confident than their competition.
