Why The Rec Room

Their first real sport.

Little Athletes is where 3 and 4 year olds get their first taste of real sport-style movement. This isn’t free play; it’s structured, coach-led training designed to build the athletic foundation every kid needs.

Each session introduces running mechanics, jumping technique, throwing and catching fundamentals, and age-appropriate obstacle-course patterns. Kids learn how to listen to a coach, wait their turn, and follow multi-step instructions; all while having a blast.

The pace is fast and the energy is high, but every challenge is scaled so your child feels successful. It’s the perfect bridge between toddler play and real athletic development.

Common Questions

Everything you need
to know.

For all kids under 4, parents are required to participate/supervise with their children.

Yes! Our classes are designed to help them with their basic skill development in a fun and scientific way. If your child is still learning things like walking and balance, bringing them to The Rec Room will enhance their neuromuscular coordination and overall developmental growth.

Our ‘every 15-minute’ circuit style classes were created with flexibility in mind. We understand kids nap schedules can vary, it might be hard to get out the door and be on time, or anything else that may pop up with a toddler. Our classes start every 15 minutes so if you miss the start of your intended time slot, you can jump into the next one just a few minutes later with no worries of cancellation fees or rescheduling issues. Parents need flexibility and accommodation, and that is just what The Rec Room intends to deliver.
